Submitted Questions and the FAQ Area:

	Please note that the “Submitted Question” facility is provided to enable the creation of a “User Generated” list of “Frequently Asked Questions” to supplement the “Pre-defined” FAQs. Over time, this FAQ area will grow into a searchable database of technical questions and answers which will be useful to future Meccanoscene members. Please ensure that your question is appropriate to this aim. Take a look at the FAQ area to see the kind of question involved. Short term questions relating to current site problems, times of exhibitions, etc. should be directed to a suitable section of the public FORUM. (Meccanoscene site difficulties are dealt with in the Technical Support / Support area.) Remember that the answer to the “Submitted Question” will have to be researched by the Meccanoscene team, with valued assistance from members of the metal construction community. That can take some time. When the answer has been completed, it will be added to the FAQ area under “Answers to Submitted Questions” Look there for our response. If the answer does not wholly meet your needs, you can have recourse to the public FORUM. The answer will usually include a suggestion for an appropriate FORUM section to which any follow-up might be addressed. Remember that any question in the public FORUM sections can be responded to immediately by any individual reading that section, thus directing your query to a much wider community.
